Warranty, Returns, Refunds & Disclaimer Policy

At InkrediPack™, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the following policies regarding returns, refunds, shipping, and ordering.

Returns & Refunds

• 30-Day Return Policy: 
•  Full refunds, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and unopened. Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
• Defective Items:
• If you receive a defective item, InkrediPack™ will provide a full refund. We may request photo evidence or additional information. If the item needs to be returned, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Non-Defective Opened/Unused Items:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. InkrediPack™ will not be responsible for shipping on a non deflective item or exchange.
• Returns are accepted; however, a 10%–30% restocking fee will apply.
• All returns or exchanges require prior authorization from our customer service team.
• In some cases, photo proof may be required to process your return.
• Discrepancies between items received and items ordered must be reported within 15 days of delivery, along with photos of the items and shipping label.
• Incorrect Items: Any items received in error may need to be returned.
• Discontinued Items: If a product becomes discontinued after purchase, we reserve the right to issue a refund instead of a replacement.
• Final Sale Items:
• Special order, seasonal, and wedding items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Regulated Products: 
•  Due to regulations, certain items (including food-related or regulated products) may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Ordering

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are billed at prices in effect at the time.
• Product colour swatches may vary slightly due to screen/display differences.

Shipping

• All orders are subject to shipping charges, including backordered items.
• All goods are shipped FOB our warehouse (Vaughan, Ontario L4L 8A9).
• Shipping carriers may include Canpar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically shipped the same day.
• For third-party billing, customers must provide the carrier and account number at checkout. In these cases, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations. A quote will be provided where applicable.
• If you select “No Signature Required” at checkout, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage. InkrediPack™ and the courier will not be liable.

Payment Terms

Online Orders: Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit

In-Store or Telephone Orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac (in-store only)

Damage Claims

• All damage claims must be reported within 30 days of receiving goods.
• If third-party shipping is used, customers must file claims directly with their selected carrier.

Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.  Product colour swatches may vary slightly due to screen/display differences.

InkrediPack™ reserves the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We are not obligated to honour pricing errors. Prices may vary between online and in-store.
